DIRECTIONS & WARNINGS

DIRECTIONS:

Adults take 1 capsule with water, 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal, one to two times per day or as directed by your healthcare professional.

For some people, supplementing zinc may be uncomfortable on the stomach.

In this case, it's best to supplement with a meal, that does not include phytates (rice, oats, nuts, seeds & grains).
