I shared a review the last time i brought this product and I'll reiterate, don't waste your time on those chemist powders ,which in my view are a waste of money , I take 2 capsules before dinner and 2 before bed , i sleep better , the best result is muscle cramps or spasms are gone ,

Love the products. For quite sometime I had a broblem with a very oily scalp, so bad I had to cover my pillow with a towel. I was taking a different brand of vitamin D3 at the time and I believe that this could have been the cause of my problem so I decided to add D3 from Honour Health to my list. It has only been a month since the change of brand but my scalp is definitively less oily.
