I am a 77year old women who has always slept reasonably well but after using this product now for approx 3 months I am definately having a much deeper and longer sleep. I take 1 capsule in morning and 1 at evening. The prompt delivery is also much appreciated. Thank you Lorraine

I sleep so much better since taking Honour Health Magnesium Glycinate. I shared a review the last time i brought this product and I'll reiterate, don't waste your time on those chemist powders ,which in my view are a waste of money , I take 2 capsules before dinner and 2 before bed , i sleep better , the best result is muscle cramps or spasms are gone ,
Very good quality, I take 2 in the evening to help wind down and helps with sleep.
