I sleep so much better since taking Honour Health Magnesium Glycinate. I shared a review the last time i brought this product and I'll reiterate, don't waste your time on those chemist powders ,which in my view are a waste of money , I take 2 capsules before dinner and 2 before bed , i sleep better , the best result is muscle cramps or spasms are gone ,
