Natural Vitamin K2 from fermented natto (bacillus subtilis).
Contains Soy - natto (bacillus subtilis) is made from naturally fermented soybean.
99.9% of vitamins contain excipients. However, Australian Regulation does not require excipients to be disclosed.
EXCIPIENTS: medium chain triglycerides (MCT powder from coconut oil) & dicalcium phosphate (15%), hypromellose (vegan capsule).
INCIDENTAL MINOR EXCIPIENTS: Maltodextrin: derived from non-GMO corn to produce vitamin K2 as MK7 powder.
DIRECTIONS:
Adults take 1 Vitamin K2 as MK7 capsule with food & water, once daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Best practice is to take vitamin K2 at the same time as your vitamin D3 supplement.

I'm always telling people to make sure to take vitamin k2 with their D3 to make sure the calcium goes to the bones. In my opinion, with a little research I find Honour Health brand to be the best.

I have been taking all of these wonderful products for around 6 months. I had some tests done around 3 months ago due to my osteoporosis and the results were very poor. I have since had more tests done and received the results 2 weeks ago and was more than happy with the results. I had improved out of sight. Thanks to Honour Health and there amazing supplements. There are plenty of choices when it comes to selecting which brand of vitamin supplement to buy. Plenty of iffy companies, too. I trust Honour most of all. I have recently begun taking vitamin K2 with D3 following a year of cancer treatment. I read about the benefits of both in reducing risk of recurrence. The small capsule is easy to take and the subscription ensures a regular supply, which will remind me to keep consistent with the dose! I am happy with the quality of the product,, information supplied and after sales service.
Great to be able to safely purchase a supplement knowing it is safely free of preservatives including sulphate, etc.
Love the supplement however delivery was a little longer than expected.

K2 and D3 together with Zinc are excellent for us older folk and we especially appreciate the ‘unbuffered’ products that matt and honour health make. this is after years of taking vg quality supplements. yet honour health supps are by far the best we’ve used. the magnesium caps are a tad difficult to swallow but also well worth it. so pleased we came across honour health when we did. 🤠
