Love it’s fully natural
Rather than taking multi vitamins with Vit B or Vit B tablets from Retail Chemists, I opted for this Natural B Complex with Organic Lemon Powder, which includes all 8 essential B vitamins, including vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B7, B9 & B12. After 3 months I have noticed that I have consistent energy levels all day. No more brain fog around 12pm-2pm. 3 months ago I had major surgery and believe that my recovery was shortened due to taking this Natural B Complex - they key for me being natural - no nasties and ingredients that don't add any benefit.
I actually can’t believe the energy the B Complex powder gives me. I feel much better overall, calmer, more alert. Will definitely be reordering.

I do really like it, flavour is really nice, love it's natural. I was taking other B vitamins and my levels were way too high, which made me feel as though I had a deficiency. Dosage wasn't quite right, as didn't last 60 doses, will make smaller this time and see how I go..

Absolutely fabulous product I love everything about it
I have been using honour health products for some time now ! So very happy with results ! Magnesium glycenate ! Vit d3 with mct! , and have used Zinc, over the past couple of months I have been taking natural BComplex ! I was having huge problems with sleep , rarely deep sleep or REM , but over the past month or so , I have been amazed at the improvement in my sleep pattern , can think of no other reason than the use of B complex ! I like the formula, the dosage level avoids B6 toxicity issues.
Not crazy about the taste, but I don't like the lumpy texture. It can be hard to dissolve it completely and would prefer a capsule.

Having this Vit. in powder form has been a game changer, since taking all the Vitamins from Honor Health I certainly feel the difference between these and chemist ones. We cannot be sure with those if we are getting much of the labelled dose as I believe Australia does not regulate Vitamins and Minerals, so good luck.
